A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, passed away this week after a recent announcement of a rare leukemia diagnosis.

Her passing was shared in a social media post from the presidential library.

“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”

Details of the Condition

Within a personal essay late last year, Schlossberg revealed that she had been found to have acute myeloid leukemia with a uncommon variant.

Acute myeloid leukemia is a cancer that originates in the bone marrow and blood cells.

The family is seeking space as they grieve.
